We renamed our FAQ link to COMMUNICATE because a properly designed website with good content shouldn't really require a FAQ page.
Question: What's the point of having a FAQ section if you can't relate to it?
Answer: There isn't one.
An FAQ link seems to be a vital part of many websites. While not every site needs one, if you're selling something, providing a service, or giving information about a complex subject, an FAQ can be helpful for visitors.
The Social Strategy Group understands the importance of being asked questions and giving satisfactory answers to visitors who would like to know the very existence of our business.
Therefore we prefer to have our web link known as COMMUNICATE rather than FAQ, so that we can enter into a discussion and offer the resources to give satisfactory answers rather than we just give our opinion alone.
"Communication is the act or process of using words, sounds, signs, or behaviors to express or exchange information or to express your ideas, thoughts, and feelings to someone else."
Keeping it simple is key to our COMMUNICATE link, it's common sense that people may want help, so we will make it easy for you to get that help. If you can't find the answer to your question within a typical FAQ, it's likely you want to ask us directly anyway.
